Runamuck Race Description
Runamuck is a cross-country obstacle course with an emphasis on fun!
Our 2021 Runamuck Challenge event will be held on Sat 6th March in Coolcarrigan Estate in Co Kildare
Runamuck is Ireland’s original and most popular off-road ‘Fun and Run’ challenge for joggers and runners of all abilities. There are options to do 1 or 2 laps (5.5km or 10km).
Most participants think the wetter and muckier the course, the better it is! You’ll be challenged to jump over bales, under and over net scrambles, down super slides, through streams, through uniquely Irish bogs and much more!
The pre and post race atmosphere and all round fun at this event is second to none – Back to basics fun to be had by all 🙂
Our event is at a super venue at Coolcarrigan Estate whihc is less than 30 mins from the M50 and convenient to M4 & M7
